When I went to scan my photos, I decided I should take some of the old photos my mom has given me. Here she is as the original Nurse Jackie. Seriously, my mom’s name is Jackie and she’s a nurse. The best one!

Anna May Wong in Piccadilly (1929, dir. Ewald André Dupont)

Lurve this film. Although not recommended to watch at 2AM (I got creeped out for some reason). I don’t know why, but I always felt it would have been cool if Anna & Josephine Baker hung out together. They always seemed like the same person dealing with some of the same issues. Plus, they were kind of, ya know, good looking.

I haven’t taken some new photos in a while so I’m going to queue up a few that I took around the house yesterday. And then I’ll try to take more today.

This here is Blue Betty. I’ve shown a little of her before but since we’re in a more serious relationship, I decided to show her off. Our one year anniversary will be in June.
