This is a mask at my other old home. My housemate had it all decorated already. I think I was still too young to have my own cultivated space. I don’t think I really knew what that meant but I’ve lived in enough amazing spaces that I think I’m finally ready to put in the work to make somewhere great.

As usual, portraits are not my forte. I just don’t have many people in my photostream. It’s especially difficult when people don’t want their photos taken. But here’s a security guard at an old job of mine. This was a photo in a first batch of film processed after I got my Mamiya camera.
This was an old housemate’s dog. I’m not much of a small dog girl but this lil’ guy was kind of fun. His name is actually Monster but he was really just a little baby.
It’s been about 8 months since Chyna’s been gone. I’ve concluded this is my favorite photo of her. It’s so blurry it seems kind of ghostly but I know every detail of that dog because she was mine. We took this path often because it was quiet and I could take her off her leash. But she’d usually look back with this, “Are you coming?” look. She never got too far away from me. Still hasn’t. Miss my cutie pie.
Because Walgreen scanners take forever to load, I just started putting photos together. It snowed in South Texas this year. Pretty neat.
